Attorney Ann Helen Aarø handed in the plea to the Supreme Court on Monday in the lawsuit that Daniel Ali Mohsini has filed against the Norwegian government. Daniel lost his appeal case in the Borgarting Court of Appeal, in spite of strong testimonies by Pastor Torp and other Christians in Oslokirken.

In the appeal case regarding Daniel Ali's conversion at Borgarting Court of Appeal in Oslo on December 14th-15th, professor of missiology at the Free Lutheran Faculty, Dr Tormod Engelsviken, gave a strong testimony of what true Christian conversion is.

The lawsuit which Daniel Ali Mohsini and Oslokirken filed against the Norwegian Government, ended today in Borgarting Court of Appeal in Oslo. The Government Attorney, Mr. Emberland, attacked viciously the credibility of Daniel's conversion. The verdict will be announced in mid-January.
