Peter Wagner & Jan-AageInternational Coalition of Apostles was established in the year 2000 by Peter Wagner and John Kelly. The first leader was Wagner (2000-2010), and in November 2010 Kelly took over. ICA has members from all continents. Jan-Aage has been a member since the beginning.
